different NotesException

debug on the Domino Server get error:
NotesException:Older version on server does not support this method
when I debug it on other pc(only install Notes R8.5.3),get follow error:
NotesException: Could not get IOR from Domino Server :http://22.11.141.77:63148/diiop_ior.txt
it's such a mess.Hope more hints.
